What is a retired webkinz?

I don't want to go through a whole bunch of questions that don't make sence to try to get this answered, so I'm posting this for some one else to answer! : D
I have a Retired Webkinz though, and I got it AFTER it was retired! So that doesn't make sence!

Ganz makes tons of different webkinz pets so when they make new ones, they need to stop making the old ones.
If you buy a retired one after Ganz retires it nothing happens it just means you got lucky. People that have retired webkinz have webkinz that are no longer availible to buy.

    one they stoped making, and no are alot rarer then the ones that are still being made

    It is one that you can't buy anymore once they run out, they no longer make them.

    when it says retired it means that they stopped makeing it so you can't buy it anymore but you can still put it on the computer if you have the code for a retired webkinz!!
