How do you cover your four month old? at night she wakes up really cold her hands that is… she hates to be?
she hates to be swaddled any ideas?.
another thing she has a little "baby" she loves to cuddle when do you suggest it is okay to let her sleep with it it is a webkinz stuffed animal a little puppy about six inches.
she loves that thing! but I am paranoid to let her have it…
Mittens are okay- but really, if your baby’s core temp is warm enough overnight, it’s okay if her hands are chilly in the morning. I worried about the same thing with my daughter.
As far as the "lovey" stuffed animal in bed with her- I would wait until 7 or 8 months to put it in her crib. That’s when they are typically better at rolling over and that’s about the time they develop "attachments" so the lovey may help her go to sleep easier and sleep better if she’s got a lovey with her.

baby mittens are also helpful for keeping little hands warmer

A sleep sack, and baby mittens should do the trick.
If your baby can roll over, it’s probably o.k.

Six inches, no I would not suggest it, also try either little baby mittens and if her hands are too big I put some new socks on my sons hands. your baby should not have anything in her crib that isn’t attached to the side. good luck

put baby mittens over her hands and baby socks on her feet. pajamas and long sleeves will warm her up. dont worry babies are warm blooded. i guess its ok for her to have the stuff toy. i guess its her comfort toy. just make sure its hypo allergenic free. and wash it often to avoid dust all over the stuff toy

i used to swaddle mine extra tight,, they stayed warm and cuddly and slept better, i swaddled till they were at least 10 months old,, with my 1st i never swaddled and i had many sleep problems,, with my next 3 i swaddled and it was the best xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
if your really not gonna try swaddling then mittens will have to do,, or bonds wondersuits [and some other brands] as u can flip the sleeve edge over their hands xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I use a halo microfleece sleep sack, but I was afraid to use baby mittens since he likes to stick his hands in his mouth and suck on them and I didn’t want him pulling one off into his mouth. He’s a character, this one!
For pj’s I use the sleep’n'plays - those coupled with the sleep sack keeps the rest of him very warm - just his tiny little hands are kind of cold in the morning but he doesn’t seem to mind… he just eats his hands anyway. Even when I breastfeed he’s trying to stick his thumb in there too, lol.

My son hated to be swaddled, too. Even the nurses in the hospital couldn’t get him tight enough, he would kick out of their burrito wrap every time. We live in Alaska and he was born in December when it was 4 degrees outside. The baby gloves come off in just a couple of minutes so that didn’t work. Sock stayed on a little longer but not all night. The only thing that worked for us was a nighty with the cover that folds over the hands. That way, it was his body heat that was keeping his hands warm.
About the puppy. Again, my son has a puppy (Pup Pup) that he loves. At first it would drive me crazy letting him sleep with it but now I give it to him every time I put him down to sleep. I believe its fine. But it is your comfort level. Good luck with the little hands.

i put him in a sleeping bag as for his hands we have an oil heater that we leave on low all night as he doesnt like his hands being covered and as for the ‘baby’i would leave it with her until she falls asleep and when she is asleep take it off her.im paranoid about the same thing i take my sons out before he gets to his bed and by the way have a happy mothers day, have fun
